FAQS
How often should I have my gutters cleaned?
We recommend having your gutters inspected and cleared at least once a year, ideally in late autumn after the leaves have fallen. If your property is surrounded by overhanging trees, twice a year may be necessary to prevent blockages.
Can you clean gutters that are high up or above a conservatory?
Yes. We use our high-reach, industrial gutter vacuum system that allows us to clear gutters up to three or four storeys high safely from the ground level. We still use ladders if needed but using our gutter vac usually eliminates the need for this and allows us to reach tight angles over conservatories or extensions much more easily.
Do you unblock downpipes as well?
Yes, our service includes checking and clearing the downpipes. We ensure that water flows completely freely from the roofline all the way down to the ground level.
