Why do you use pure water instead of traditional soapy water?
Standard tap water contains minerals like calcium and chlorine, which leave white spots when they dry. Our 100% purified water absorbs dirt naturally and dries to a flawless, streak-free finish. Because there is no sticky soap residue left behind, your windows actually stay clean for longer.
Do you clean the UPVC frames and sills, or just the glass?
Unlike traditional window cleaners, our standard service includes washing the window glass, the UPVC frames, and the sills on every visit. As an extra we can also clean fascias, soffits and downpipes to really enhance your properties' kerb appeal.
How often can you do our windows?
We are happy to do both one-off cleans as well as cleans on a 4 week basis, whichever is best for you. Please be aware that we have a minimum charge of £25 for all one-off cleans.
